We currently have a Branch Manager position available in Bernardsville, NJ

Essential Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations to maximize profit for branch. Coach, motivate and develop sales associates and staff to peak performance measured by growth in branch profitability.

  • Practice, participate and incorporate Business Development by conducting productivity and action workshops.

  • Manage day-to-day local operations including hiring, termination and employee relations of local employees and sales staff in accordance with Company policy and procedure.

  • Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates. Interview and select quality, productive sales associates. Accountable for effective recruitment and development of highly effective sales associates.

  • Promote the company’s full service offer to real estate consumers to ensure that defined core service goals are achieved. Direct financial responsibility for mortgage, title, home warranty and insurance.

  • Promote corporate initiatives including technology, relocation goals, referral network goals and electronic marketing. Continuously utilize and promote corporate resources.

  • Support Company guidelines and policies and implement accordingly.

Basic Qualifications:

  • State Real Estate License required

  • State Broker’s License required, where applicable

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate sales required

  • Minimum of 2 years brokerage management or experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or past leadership training preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

  • Must exhibit superior leadership skills

  • Strong time management skills required

  • Strong conflict resolution skills required

  • Organization and prioritization skills required
